Good Morning Laura,

I have had the best weekend with my babies!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for helping me get them here safe and sound. They were perfect when I went to get them – I think I was more distressed then they were! I even thought it might take them a couple of days to get over it, but they were completely themselves straight away eating lots and playing with us. It is so nice to have them here and now I finally feel at home!

Thank you again. You have made this a lot easier than I ever imagined.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service you provided for my two puppies traveling from Melbourne to Albuquerque.

They both arrived in excellent condition and I was very impressed with the agents on stopovers informing me of the condition of the pups.

The pups are both healthy and happy and non the worse for their long journey, A+++!

JASMINE the SIAMESE

ADELAIDE to ATHENS, GREECE

Hi Erin!

Just to let you know, Jasmine arrived safely in Athens on Thursday.

She is well & loving the sunshine! She was not traumatised by the trip at all...we think she quite enjoys her little adventures! It did not take quite so long to get through all the formalities this time!...a mere 2 hours instead of 3! One of the cargo clerks was a very helpful gentleman speaking good English, so that was very useful. Jas came out of her box, grumbled a little...like "why did it take you so long to get me?!" a quick walk round the car park on her lead to stretch her legs & we were off! I think she was a bit jet lagged for the first day but has since resumed her usual bossy self!.....so all that is good! It's great to have her with us once again!

I will contact Melanie shortly to make the arrangements for her return journey.

Many thanks for your help in this Erin.....it's stressful enough without volcanic ash and BA strikes, but you made Jasmine's travel very easy!

COOPER the PUG X

Dear Erin, I feel I should write to inform you of the excellent service I received from your local collection driver that I met this morning. I was a bit upset at saying goodbye to Cooper my dog, but his professional and compassionate attitude throughout the encounter deserves mention. He didn't rush the collection, allowing me to say goodbye, his assurance that Cooper would be looked after and that all was in order made the whole experience that bit more bearable. I'm sure he doesn't enjoy the experience of seeing people upset at the departure of their "best friend" and just wanted to him to let him know it's appreciated, thank you. Best regards, Dan

JACK the JACK RUSSELL

MELBOURNE to DOHA, QATAR
Hi Laura, I can report that Jack arrived in Qatar today and is healthy. The process for getting him through the system in Qatar seemed to work well. I was amazed a man at the cargo office just said can I help you and took the papers and proceeded to get all the right signatures etc. He ran around annoying the customs people to approve transfer, then charged 100R ($30) and handed over the dog.
