BOBBY the PEKINGESE
Dear Laura,
Bobby arrived well and safe from Sydney via Kuala Lumpur as flight schedule and was wagging his tail on arrival at cargo. It was a great relief for me.
I was a bit apprehensive at first, but all ended well and he is in his new home enjoying the attention. He is also getting used to the new sounds, smells, different environment and my 11 and half yr old female pekingese who is getting more friendly.
Thank you for your assistance all papers arrived in tact with Bobby.

MAX AND MOLLY the TERRIERS
Dear Jason,
Please forgive my belated letter of thanks. Our Max and Molly arrived in the most perfect condition possible, and we definitely owe it all to you at Jetpets. We were absolutely astounded by the care, concern, comfort and professionalism all of you provided. It was awesome.
I can not say enough about how you turned our "fear and loathing" at moving our dogs across the world, into an experience that was a lesson in how a service business should be run, how people and animals should be treated, and how multiple organisations can work together all over the world to be a strategic unit acting as one.
To all of you involved, please know you have our gratitude, and pass on a thanks for a job well done. We will be forever indebted that our "children" arrived in a new world, with new smells, happilt wagging their tails.

ROCKY the GERMAN SHEPHERD
Dear Jessica,
Thank you all, and your staff, for doing everything to get Rocky to the Philippines in good shape, good health,and in pretty good spirits. After a cooling and cleansing bath, which he needed to overcome the heat,he's had a good sniff around the house and yard to map out his territory, re-discovered his toys and the various things that 'squeak' noisily, scared the bejesus out of the tradesmen and Lina's family by sheer virtue of his size, and now has them throwing things for him to fetch. Pretty much normal behavious for him.
All in all I'd say he arrived in better shape than I have on some flights I've caught over the years.
So again, thank you for making our little unit whole once more.

AZRIEL& MORTICIA the DOMESTIC CATS
Dear Jet Pets,
We would like to extend a big thank you to all the International consultants at Jetpets whom we have dealt with over the past few months, as well as the vets, in helping us to transport our two cats, Azriel and Morticia, from Melbourne to London.
In particular we would like to acknowledge the invaluable assistance of Rhiannon, Erin, Dave and Shaun, the latter whom we believe went above and beyond the call of duty in putting our minds at rest and helping to allay our fears about our cats' welfare.
Shaun made several phone calls and texts to us both on the day before the flight as well as on the day to tell us how our cats were going, including one outside his working hours. We shall forever be grateful for this.
We believe that people like these are a invaluable asset to a company whose business rests on customers entrusting their nearest and dearest to people whom they have never met and thus trust that the efforts and work of such individuals does not go unacknowledged and unrewarded.
We also had a positive experience with the UK counterpart of Jetpets once we had arrived at Heathrow.
