LOTTIE the WESTIE
Hi Melanie,
I just waned to reiterate my appreciation for everything you have done for us and our dog, Lottie this year. When we left Europe we were desperately anxious about leaving our Lottie behind and didn't know how we would ever get through the red tape required for importing her back into Australia, let alone the export preparation from Europe!
After speaking to you for the first time I felt reassured that the problem would be taken from our hands and dealt with professionally which was a massive relief.
Now all the hard work has paid off and Lottie has nearly finished her Quarantine stay at Spotswood and will come home in 3 days. She has been the bravest little dog and I am confident that she has been really well cared for during her time there.
So I want to say a MASSIVE THANK-YOU for everything you have done for us.
Without JetPets I don't know how we would have managed through such a difficult transition and I would not hesitate in recommending your services.

BRIA the CAT
hi Melanie
just to say a massive thank you! Bria arrived safely on friday. she was a little quiet when she arrived inthe afternoon but cameout of her hiding spot about 10pm and there was no stopping her. we moved into our own place sunday with her and she loves it. She is the same gorgeous cat as ever, maybe even more affectionate!
thanks to you and everyone who helped along the way. We couldnt have gotten Bria here without you!

DANA AND DILLON the BULLTERRIERS

It has been a very hectic few months for us hence the delay in writing.
Lorraine and I wanted to express our Thanks for the excellent treatment of Dana + Dillon on their door to door journey Scotland to Melbourne.
Your patience when answering our numerous questions, follow through on any issues arising and personal ownership on keeping us updated on their journey to Australia was fantastic.
We were both very impressed with the first class service, enthusiasm and commitment to the dogs welfare right throughout the journey. Also in Quarantine through to final delivery to us.
Dana + Dillon settled minutes after arriving at our new home and now look as if they have been here all their days.

TED the JACK RUSSELL
Dear Jessica,
We would like to thank you and your team for all your assistance with delivering Ted to us. He arrived calm, safe and healthy on Friday night, not at all phased by his traveling adventure. Ted also responded really well to all your animal handlers.
He is now adjusting to his new life in the USA and runs around the house like he owns it!

WICKI the GERMAN SHORTHAIR
Hi Chris.
Firstly I must appolagise for the late response to the transporting of our dog Wicki. I can only describe the service that Jetpets and Virgin airlines had provided in the transportation of our new pup as Absolutely Superb!
Everything went wonderfully and he arrived safely and completly stress free. So until next time, Thankyou very much for everything that everyone at Jetpets has done for him.
