BUSA AND LOUIS the ROTTY & CAVALIER
Hi Emily!
Just wanted to let you know that we collected Busa & Louis yesterday with no problems at all. We expected them to be a little out of sorts after the flight & having been in kennels for two weeks but they were exactly the same as when we left them. Whenever they have been in kennels before they have both lost a lot of weight but this time they must have really enjoyed themselves & the flight does not seem to have bothered them at all!
They are now exploring their new home & are loving being surrounded by family who have been desperate to meet them.
Thank you so much for all your support, please pass on my thanks to Erin who initially dealt with us, we would not hesitate to use Jetpets again, hopefully we won't have to though!

PLUME/CHARLOTTE the CATS

Huge thank you to you personally and to your company ! Plume and Charlotte arrived very alive , very pissed off and very smelly but we were all happy to be reunited.
This has been the painless animal transport we have done in our life and for your records if you ever have to do St Martin again, to release them we paid about USD 36.00.

PJ the SCHNAUZER X
Good morning!
Just wanted to let you know PJ has arrived safely in his new home... he was really good after his flight, bit tired, and up at 1am and 5am for the toilet (my time) but is settling in very well!
Thank you so much for organising his trip over... pic attached is after his first 20 mins in his new home! Also, just for your info, the vet in oslo rang yesterday after PJ's vet check to say pj was all fine and good for his last little flight from oslo to stavanger, and she also said his paperwork was perfect, as it usually is from Australia, so that was great to hear, and I thought you would be pleased to know!
Thanks again.... we may need you again some day and I would not hessitate to book him with you again.

BUDDY the LABRADOR

Thank you for all of your help in organising Buddy's move to France. Buddy has arrived safely and we are spending our first night in our new home, Bordeaux. Moving overseas is extremely stressful but you have certainly eased the stress associated with relocating our dog. You have been extremely helpful through out the whole process. We really appreciate your help and would not hesitate to recommend you.
