Hi Emma,   Thanks for checking in…  was fantastic to have Kami-chan arrive to us yesterday…   very pleased that it all ended up wrapping up ok after the dramas a few weeks ago…   Kami-chan on first reaction to being re-united with us was her super enthusiastic self, handing out the lickie kisses..   and then as is her way, she let me know that ws was quite angry with me for much of last evening, avoiding eye contact, snubbing betting petted…   her way of telling me she did not appreciate the last two weeks…   by this morning, I think I have been forgiven, back to being her normal self…   She’s going to be a while settling in to the new place, more space than she is used to…   our yard in Tokyo was about 20 sqm in total size…  our new place in the Central Coast has 1.5ha of paddock…   she also has some co-residents, being the 5 resident sheep who came with the house…   Photo attached of Kami-chan meeting the sheep yesterday evening…    both the sheep and the dog remain quite wary of each other, probably will stay that way 😉   A special thanks to yourself and the rest of the JetPets team for getting us through the journey…   very much appreciated the attention to detail.   Yours, Derek

Gypsi the Havanese

Hi Emma,   Just wanted to let you know that Gypsi arrived at her new home. She was very happy to see us again, and right now is very careful not to let anyone get out her sight. It will take a little time for her to get used to the new surrounding.   I enclose a picture of her sitting on Mum's lap (one of her favourite places). That's the first evening with us.   Thanks again for taking care of everything, it was a real pleasure using Jetpets.   Please forward this thank you to all people involved with her journey from Germany to Australia.   With kind regards Joerg

Shibarini the Rhodesian Ridgeback

Sydney to Manila, Philippines
Justin Robart, who handled my dogs trip from Sydney to Manila took care of the whole process brilliantly, taking my stress levels from 200% to 10%. Everything was completed in a very short time and on time. Sarah, who picked my dog up, treated her beautifully and with care. Everything went well on the Australian side. I traveled with my dog and knew the Philippine side of customs, having sent two dogs up there a few years ago, was going to be a challenge, time consuming and frustrating. This is no reflection on Jetpets but just the way it works over there. Thankyou again for all your help Jetpets. It was well worth it.
