George and Jools the Domestic Short Hair

Hi Justin,   Just letting you know that George and Jools have arrived safely this evening.   Thank you for all your help along the way. It has been so easy to communicate with you and you have always so responsive and helpful. You really put our mind at ease!   We really appreciate everything you have done, thank you for making it such a hassle free experience for us.   I have attached a photo of George and Jools happily enjoying their supper!   Kind regards Sarah

Raven the Domestic Short Hair

Good morning Justin, What a trip to get Raven! After collecting and signing some paperwork at the import building.  We could go to the quarantine building to pick up Raven. He was totally relax under his blanket as they put  on the aircon to a freezing temperature. He was happy to get out and explore the room. A lovely lady called a taxi, and the trip back home went smooth as anything. Door to door was 4 hours. The children were excited to have him back. The cat litter box is ready, this food and water are there as well He calmed down quickly, and had some food. He was really hungry. The night went well, no vomit to clean up yet. And he is sleeping next to me while I type you this email. He is finally home! Thank you so much for the handling and care. And all the lovely updates we got while he was with Jetpets. Honey the Rhodesian Ridgeback

Hi Olivia, Thank you so much to Jetpets for such a smooth relocation for our fur child. She was in excellent condition when she arrived and was very happy to see us. The delivery driver was fantastic and told me Honey had such a lovely nature that she hung out in the office with the staff before being delivered to us. Made our hearts very happy. Thank you again. Sloany the Domestic Short Hair

We sent our beloved cat Sloany to New York with Jetpets - from the word go they were professional, courteous and available to answer any questions we had. We had chosen them partly due to the price (around half of what other relocation services had quoted) and also the great reviews from other customers. We had some uncertainty with our dates and accomodation and they worked around us and made sure we had plenty of time to organise things. I had a lot of questions (eg. vet checks, process, vaccinations) and our consultant Lochlan was always available via email to respond to these questions promptly. In the lead up to his trip we received emails from their sister company in LA letting us know who would be receiving Sloany and reassuring us that he'd have a chance to get out of the cage, get some pats and eat some fresh food and water, before continuing his journey. We got the flight confirmation details from Lochlan with departure and arrival time and the option to track the flights. Once he started his journey it was seamless - he was picked up from our place (we were already in NYC but they coordinated with our relatives staying there) and taken to boarding. The boarding staff sent us photo updates and info about how he was doing before the flight, and when he got into LA we received another update from the staff there, as well as photos (very reassuring as he looked completely unfazed to have just travelled a long way!). He landed in NYC and I picked him up from the cargo area, a bit tired but in good shape considering his 4 day journey. Two days later and he has settled into NYC life very well - absolutely no issues at all, very calm and happy and not stressed at all from his trip - staring out the window at the unfamiliar birds and gobbling up a new brand of cat food. I am sure this is due to the care that the Jetpets staff took with making sure he was well cared for and that he had adequate stops and care. It is much appreciated as we all know how much animals hate travelling - and the horror stories we have heard from others who have sent their pets on long haul flights - and I think that having stops along the way, as well as human interaction and fresh food helped him to settle. In conclusion - 10/10 would recommend Jetpets to anyone wanting to relocate their pet and make sure the process is as stress free as possible. If we move back to Australia in a few years we will certainly be using them again.
