Just wanted to let you know that Hugo arrived healthy and happy yesterday afternoon! He remembers me (yeh!!) And is already settling into the new house very quickly. Just wanted to relay how thrilled I am to have him here so very far from australia and how happy I am with Jetpets and BA for their fantastic service and care. JOCK the SPOODLE

Hi Kaye,
 
Jock arrived safely and as happy as larry:):).  I wa expecting him to be a bit dazed/out of sorts or something when I picked him up from quarantine, but none of that was eveident.  He was full of energy and ready to start his next adventure.  The people at the animal centre in London were absolutely amazing and we were able to collect him at 8am as they rushed him through for us seeing as we were on the same flight as Jock.
 
Thank you for all your help and for making the experience as stress free as possible.
