GUINNESS the GERMAN SHEPHERD

Hi Emily
Happy New Year!
Just a quick email to thank you very much for looking after Guinness. We collected her from the ARC at Heathrow and she greeted us as if nothing had happened, we couldn't believe she'd been on such a long flight. The staff there were excellent - very friendly and helpful.
Many thanks to the whole JETPETS team, both in Melbourne and overseas, for making the whole process so painless. Thanks also for your correspondence over so many months. It was good to know that Guinness was in such good hands.

BRONTE the BORDER COLLIE

Hi everyone,

I just have to thank you all so much for helping Bronte get here.I cried with joy and couldn't stop when I saw her at the airport ,and then again when the kids were just gobsmacked! They asked if she was here forever!!! I replied -she's not here on a vacation!!-they couldn't beleive it!- She has been apart of our lives for 11yrs and she belongs here with us. thankyou again your help is so appreciated .

WOOLY the MALTESE

Hi Jetpets,

Sorry for not sending this to you sooner.  I wanted to thank you for all of your help getting Wooly back to Dallas from Melbourne (via Honolulu), especially with all of the confusion after missing our flight in Sydney--what a disaster!  I really don't know how we could have possibly navigated that situation without your help.  We really can't thank you enough. 

You were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, and I felt very secure knowing that Wooly would be well taken care of throughout his journey.  It's an intimidating endeavor to transport a pet on such a long flight! 

We used Jet Pets to transport Wooly when we moved to Australia from The States, as well as when we moved home, which is testament to our satisfaction with Jet Pet's level of service and care.  Actually, we originally contracted another company to move Wooly to Australia, and after many mishaps and issues we turned to Jet Pets.  I could not have been happier with my decision.  All of my concerns were immediately put to ease by the staff at Jet Pets.  It was so reassuring to know that Wooly was in good hands, and that my concerns were not dismissed as silly or insignificant. 

Again, I want to thank you for all of your assistance.  Transporting a pet overseas can be a very overwhelming and confusing process and the knowledge and expertise by everyone at Jet Pets made the process very simple and seamless for us.  I would definitely recommend Jet Pets to anyone transporting a pet overseas.

JAKE AND BAGPUSS the PERSIAN CATS

Dear Mr. Brown,
I wanted to write to you and tell you how wonderful Dean has been in helping me to use JetPets to re-locate my 2 cats Jake and Bagpuss to the UK.
I would imagine that all the JetPets reps are great but with my dealing with Dean has been awesome. I feel that I cannot leave Australia without writing to you to tell you how lucky JetPets are to have such a great guy working there. I believe that Dean has gone above and beyond his role with the paperwork for my cats and at times it has been very challenging and difficult. Not only has Dean kept me in the loop the entire time with the progress of the bookings but he has also contacted UK authorities for me on a number of times as well as dealing with my vet in Dubai (where the cats originally came from) which I feel was not part of his job to liaise with them yet he was always more than willing to help out to assist in getting the correct paperwork, I sincerely believe that I would not have managed to do this without Deans patience, guidance and friendly nature. Dean really truly is a star and in my eyes a hero and I just wanted to write to you to let you know my entire experience with dealing with JetPets has been a dream. I wish more people are like Dean - it would make the world a happier place.

MOMO the DOMESTIC CAT

Hi Dean,
Just want to thank you and your team for the service you provided in exporting Momo to Germany. She arrived exhausted, but safe and is now happily in Germany with my girlfriend there. She is eating and sleeping and cuddling again.
Thank you so much and thank you for all your help at all times.
