Many, many thanks for the smooth flight arrangements of Ralph and Heidi, especially with the last minute import permit amendments. The kits arrived to me just before midnight all relaxed and ready to play, no stress at all!

This is my very pleasant first-time experience with Jet Pets and most certainly won't be my last! You are definitely on my recommendation list to all my animal lover friends and contacts. Thumbs up!
