Zoey the DOG

Hi Kelly and Melanie,

After 2 hours of bureaucracy at the airport this morning, Zoey is safely at home in Tokyo. Thank you for all your efforts!

She is happy and healthy (hasn't missed a beat) and super affectionate. We are all thrilled and love her to death.

Zoe the DOG

Sydney to Winnipeg, Canada

Hi Melanie,

Here is a photo of Zoe loving the outdoors here in Thunder Bay.

She has settled into her new country and is enjoying all the new smells there are to sniff!

Moving Zoe across the world was a big decision and one that I was really worried about, especially since there were three flights to make. It was very comforting to have the Jetpets team talk me through the entire process and help when selecting the right size crate. Your team came after hours since I couldn't be home during the day, which was wonderful customer service. Before boarding the flight to Vancouver, a photo of Zoe was sent that showed her all smiles and it really calmed my fur-mum nerves 🙂

When meeting her in Winnipeg, she and I were extremely happy to see each other and I could tell that she had been well looked after during her overnight stay in Sydney and her comfort stop in Vancouver.

We are both thankful that our move to Canada is complete and I could not be happier with you, Melanie, and the Jetpets team for taking such great care of Zoe.
