Hi! Sorry I forgot to respond to this because I was too busy playing with Buddy in all my spare time!
It's so fantastic having him here. He's overwhelmed by the birds, could care less about the ibis bird but was very interested in the brush turkey we saw. Lots of fun!

The facility at Auckland (the name escapes me sorry) was great, as were the people there, and we were obviously happy when the lads arrived looking as if they had hardly missed a beat. It also meant a lot that we could immediately just let them out and have a bit of a romp and a play off-lead out the back before we popped them back in the car for the trip home.

And the people I dealt with on the Australian-side were fab also. Always happy to have a chat and answer any questions I had.

Please find attached a pic I snapped of them today in their current (for now) home in Mangawhai. You're welcome to use this wherever you like.

Bodhi the Golden Retriever

How's the going? Thousands of apologies for our disappearance since Bodhi's arrival on 18 March. We are equally anxious to convey our heartfelt appreciations for all your meticulous and extraordinary efforts in ensuring Bodhi's smooth transition across the globe. Without your great coordination and assurances, Bodhi would not have arrived in better shape and time all the way from Sydney to HongKong, especially on this island estate where there is delivery time restrictions. The logistics that you and your team at Jetpets have enabled Bodhi's safe and happy arrival. She was delivered to me expeditiously on the very morning she arrived. Needless to say, both my hubby and myself were overjoyed to receive Bodhi when she emerged wagging her beautiful tail.

Thank you once again for everything. Special thanks to Geoff Street for so thoughtfully taking Bodhi for an extended walk before boarding her on her long-hauled flight. These are the main criteria we were counting on when we decided to engage Jetpets, Great Service and Care Factor. Keep it up!

Sammy the CAT

Hi Natalie,
We would like to say how absolutely delighted we are with the service we received from Jetpets and your partners in Manchester, UK. We were impressed with the whole arrangement from when our cat, Sammy, had boarded with you for a few days prior to hopping on board 2 flights from Sydney to Manchester. The crate and mat that were provided were of excellent standard, along with the re-fillable water bowls.
Our cat is now happy in her new home in England and we will be sure to recommend Jetpets for any pet owners who are thinking of having their pets do the long haul across the globe.
We can't thank you enough for your professionalism and understanding of our needs for our cat.

PS. In the first photo, she kept sleeping under our bed covers, as she had shed her winter coat in Australia and so it was slightly cold for her in England to begin with. She's adjusted now and it's nice that she's not malting at the moment.
