GIZMO the MEDIUM DOG
Hi Josh,
Just wanted to say a big thank you from myself, my husband and my daughter for the organization of the transport of our dog Gizmo from Mildura to Sydney.
Gizmo arrived at Sydney airport on Friday night very relaxed and seemingly unfazed by the large amount of travel he had just undertaken.
Our dealings with you and your colleagues were so simple and stress free and we will have no hesitation in recommending your services to our family and friends

Thanks so much for writing, and yes, a pity I missed the chance to say thanks face to face. I'm sure that, for you, it's all a natural part of your day's work, but OMG, from what Hayley and Skye tell me of the reunion, it was outa control, and there are plenty of reasons for you to be deeply satisfied that, even though it's your job, you did your job with efficiency, commitment, friendliness, focus, enthusiasm and downright JOY!!!!
All qualities not lost on people who care about making the world a better place.

Thought your service at Jet Pets was great. Everyone was more than helpful and people were very patient with my endless questions.
Originally I thought I could do parts of it myself and save money, however, that is/ was not the case! I am glad I gave that idea away before I drove myself to distraction - the time and effort to co-ordinate all that is necessary was not worth my sanity!!
It was lovely to meet Jim at such a handy pick up spot and hand my "princess" over.
I have attached a photo (or 2) - Diabola travelled well and settled in (rather quickly).

OLIVER the CAT
Just wanted to say thank you for your help with Oliver. You were incredibly professional and prompt with all your service. He arrived and was in very good spirits! It was a very easy process and pick up in Newark was simple.
