ONYX the BULL MASTIFF
Danny and Sherry,
We have now collected Onyx from quarantine and he is settling in really well in his new home in Australia. We had a long 13 hour drive from Perth to Newman on Sunday, but Onyx handled it like a champion.
We wanted to personally thank both of you for all of your hard work to get our little guy safely and soundly across the ocean and back into our hands. We really appreciate your efforts and knowing that you were both on top of things allowed us to relax and let us focus on the other aspects of our move.

Just a quick email to tell you that I am very pleased with Jet Pets and how the staff handled the relocation of Angel from Melbourne to LA.
I found that Jet Pets were very professional and thorough and I have had the pleasure of dealing with you and Adam who came to pick Angel up. He was very reassuring as I was a little nervous to fly Angel for the first time and also a bit hesitant because of her breed (pug)
I found that you have been very prompt in communicating with me via emails and phone. I thank you, Adam and all the staff at Jet Pets tremendously for the pleasant and safe experience. I am sure if Angel could talk she would thank you personally 🙂

To all the wonderful people at jetpets
Thankyou so much to everyone involved in the transportation of my 2 cocker spaniels Maddie & Jake from Adelaide to the UK.
Nothing was too much trouble & you answered my questions & concerns each time putting my mind at ease.The flight itself went well & when they were picked up at Heathrow airport by family members they came out wagging their tails as if they had just been on a short trip!.
Thank you so much to Dean for checking on them in Melbourne for me & telling me how they were. If anyones has any worries about transporting dogs abroad they neednt if they are using jetpets.I would highly recommend you to anyone.
Once again many thanks for making what was a stressful situation for me alot easier I couldnt of asked for better people to care for my beloved dogs.
