Nik & Kan the Gordon Setter &
Hi Emily,
Just a quick note to let you know that Nik and Kan have safely arrived.
You cannot imagine the happiness we all experienced when we saw each other yesterday.
The procedure in Zagreb was a bit complicated, there was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, but thankfully there were some very good and helpful people there that made it easier and the final outcome was we all left for home together approximately 2 hours after they landed.
The crates were really good, Nik had plenty of space so that’s good. They were also reasonably clean. We left the crates at the airport, so that was good.
They’re now keeping an eye on us, they probably think we may leave them again, which isn’t going to happen.
Thank you so very much for organising their flights and accommodation. The lady at Moorholme was very nice every time I called. My biggest fear was that they wouldn’t be on the scheduled flight so you can imagine my relief when I actually saw them being driven into the building.
Once again, thank you and JetPets for organizing this. It was all done professionally with the utmost care for my pets.

MIDAS the AUSTRALIAN SILKY

This is just a short note to inform you that Midas and I arrived in Singapore safely and clearing Midas was absolutely hassle-free. I am extremely grateful to you for the very efficient and caring manner in which you handled the entire process in Australia and will certainly recommend you if anyone I know needs to transport a pet.

PARSLEY the CAT
Hi Jessica, Jetpets were beyond brilliant arranging the travel for my cat Parsley to travel from Australia to NZ. I must have phoned them more than a dozen times with questions and everyone I spoke to was amazing. They put my mind at rest since she had to board for a few days, each call made me feel I'd definitely made the right descision to choose them.
Poor Jessica got the most of my calls, she was a superstar (thank you again!) and found a further solution for us when I realised I had Parsleys' innoculation dates wrong and I wanted her with me for Xmas. Due to the tight pre-Xmas schedule, Jessica arranged for my girl to fly via Sydney, where the requirements differ to QLD, so saving me many extra hours driving at my destination, since I live 4 hours from the airport.
I can't praise Jetpets highly enough - for their service, knowledge, sincerity and for doing what they do so well ! Thanks again for everything, high on that list would be preserving my sanity at such a stressful time!!

SIGHI AND NESSE the CATS
Hi Laura,
I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for arranging for our cats to come to the UK. They arrived safe and well and it is fantastic to have them here!
Although we will be here for the foreseeable future I will definitely get in touch when we are planning to return to Australia.

SASHA the DOBERMANN
Hi Laura
Just wanted to say a big thank you for all you have done. We picked up Sasha yesterday, she was really tired but in great health & after a long long sleep yesterday and last night she has sprung back into her normal self. Thanks so much to everyone at Jet pets that was involved in making her journey here safe & fast.
