SADIE the LABRADOR

SYDNEY to ATLANTA, USA

Hi Adam,
My name is Dana and I have been working with Rhiannon on shipping our beloved pet Sadie back to the US. I just wanted to let you know that she has been wonderful to work with, always polite and extremely helpful. We gave her very short notice to ship 'Sadie' and she was able to arrange the very day that we wanted her to fly.
I just wanted to pass along a note from a very satisfied customer, and I am confident that Sadie's travels with Jet Pets will be very good. Thank you in advance and please know that Rhiannon is doing a great job for Jet Pets.
Thank you. Dana

GIRLY the JACK RUSSELL X

SYDNEY to CHRISTCHURCH, NEW ZEALAND

Hi Rhiannon
Just to let you know that Girly arrived safe and sound yesterday afternoon at Christchurch. We were very impressed with the cage and the provision for food and water, and she was in good shape when we uplifted her from Air NZ Cargo. The quality of the documentation made it very easy to clear her. Thank you to Jet Pets for a great job in moving and looking after her!
Regards David

TINKERBELL the CAVALIER

ADELAIDE to PALMERSTON NORTH, NEW ZEALAND

Hi Laura,
All's well in NZ, pets'n'all!! The girls arrived last nmight about 6.15pm, and were VERY pleased to see us. They had obviously travelled well, but were a bit confused. They were pleased to have a garden, dinner and a bowl of cold water to come to.
We have just taken them for their first street walk in PN.. all very interesting. Funny how dogs just accept the strangest things happening, if you are there.
Thanks so much for all the work Jetpets did to get them here! Could you pass on our thaks to all the other agents as well? We really did appreciate their efforts.
I know I don't want to think about it just yet, but we will be wanting to get the dogs back sometime at the end of November. Is there anything particular about the return trip? Maybe you could pop us on your books for then.
Anyway, thanks again. Cheers, Jennie

DONG DONG CHU the BUDGIES

MELBOURNE to HONG KONG,

Hi Jamie
We've just picked up Dong Dong and Chu Chu at the Asia Airfreight Terminal in Hong Kong. Their flight arrived on time and they are both very well and lively. They are now with the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department for the avian influenza virus test again. I'm expecting them to be freed at around 5 or 6 pm today!
Thank you so much for your patience, kindness and help all along. They wouldn't have made it to HK without your help. Please also say thank you to Emily and David who picked up Dong Dong and Chu Chu from our home for me.
Many thanks!
Best regards Pauline
