HALLE the KELPIE PUP

Hi Tammy
I'm sorry it's taken so long to email you to thank you for organising Halle's trip. We had her flown from Adelaide to Sydney on Friday 1st Feb. We were so excited when arriving at Sydney Airport to pick her up. The gentlemen at the freight hall told us there was no Halle registered on any flights coming in. We panicked! We gave them our invoice and of course she was marked as Jetpets.
She was jumping around in her crate, very nervous and so tiny! She looked as though she had had a very good trip- plenty of water in her container and a few toys that the breeder had left in there for her.
Your service was very professional and very well organised. If we should ever need to fly her somewhere again, we would have no hesitation in booking with you. We will also be recommending you to our friends!

BLINKY the BLUE HEELER X

Just to let you know that Blinky arrived a few days ago in fabulous condition. He was a little confused but well hydrated and generally super happy, as was our daughter when she saw him!
The company you work with in Vancouver was great- with pre and post emails and phonecalls to update and follow up. In all we feel that you provided us a great service, with helpful staff, making the job of getting our guy over here that much simpler. Thankyou...

Just wanted to thank you and the other staff involved during Spencers travels from Sydney to Singapore. He arrived yesterday and he has been a happy pup....

BUSTER the MALTESE X

Good morning Angus
As promised from our conversation yesterday I have provided our feedback to you and your staff both in Perth and Hobart with reference to Busters’ move from Bindoon WA to Woodbridge Tasmania.
I have to highly commend your staff involved throughout our dealings with your organisation as we prepared, planned and organized Busters move with Jetpets. Your staff were friendly courteous, professional and you soon realised they enjoyed working in your environment and obviously with the animals in their care.
As you can imagine if you are a pet owner you worry about the welfare of your family dog of 10 years and whether or not they will cope with the long journey and the strange environments of vans, airports, planes and new people. I have to say after the long journey Buster arrived at our new home on time, in great shape, watered and happy.
He has experienced no side effects from his long trip from WA to Tasmania thanks entirely to your fantastic staff and level of humane and highly professional service. Thanks again on behalf of Angela and myself and of course Buster my old mate, for taking such good care of him on his journey into the unknown.
You can rest assured that whenever we are asked ‘who should you use to transport your family pets and/or animals etc’ we will be highly recommending Jetpets as the first and only choice.
