MACEY the DOG

Hi Kathy, I hope you are well & enjoyed your time off.

Just a quick email to thank you for all your help in organising Macey's travel to the UK.

She arrived looking just fine albeit cold! She seemed more unfazed by the big change than me. Your assistance and kind words were a real help when organising everything, flying her waa my biggest concern but it turns out I had nothing to worry about.

She has settled in fantastically, attached is a photo of her looking out at her new local beach.

Thanks again, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending jetpets to anyone who wants there fur child well looked after when relocating.

the CAT

Dear Tammy,

My name is Pam and I organised transportation of my 2 precious cats through your company.

The reason for my email to you, is that I wanted to pass on my deepest thanks to Evelyn for a wonderful job she did in organising getting my cats flown down to Melbourne from Brisbane on the 9th March.

She was very reassuring and showed lots of compassion and put my mind at rest that they would be well looked after. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Evelyn and I feel she went beyond what was necessary. The cats arrived safe and sound, much to my relief!!

You have a wonderful employee in Evelyn and I will be recommending Jetpets to friends and family if ever they need to transport their animals in the future.

If we all dealt with lovely people like Evelyn on a daily basis, how nice that would be.

THOMAS AND FLYNN the DOG

Hi Nicole,

I cannot praise you enough. Both boys arrived at Dunedin airport in perfect condition and were very pleased to see me.

Flynn barked for ages and spun around in circles, he was so excited. Now he is having a good life on a farm where he goes up to the chook run every morning to see if there is anything to eat, he has lots of 'in the car' time and many visits to the beach where he loves running along the sand but the water is a bit chilly. He has a blue coat to keep out the cold until he acclimatises and he is very happy being a kiwi.

Thomas is still sorting out territory with the female cats here but his coat has grown thick and glossy and he is very relaxed most of the time.Seems he is glad to be back in NZ again.

Thank you so much for taking good care of them. Thank you for taking the stress out of the move for me. I will reccommend you to anyone thinking of doing the same thing and won't hestiate to call on you again if I need to.

Hope you have a happy year in 2013.

SYDNEY the DOG

I wanted you to see that Sydney made it safe and sound to America and we have settled nicely in Texas! And Santa brought our Australian puppy UGG boots for Christmas that we were testing out on a cold/wet day! Thanks for all your help and reassuring emails Nicole. Sydney actually got through customs quicker than me and my daughter and was waiting for me at my friends house . Happy New Year and thanks again!

the BIRDS

Hi Billie,

Just want to pass on some feedback if that is okay.

We had a nightmare of a day on the day our birds were travelling from Sydney to Cairns due to our own return jet star flight being delayed several times.

We were very concerned because we were due to arrive in Cairns not long after our birds arrived and being babies we were concerned about their health and welfare whilst we were stuck at the airport.

In addition to this my mobile phone battery was very low.

I rang in the morning and explained the situation to Ashley and she was absolutely amazing, so helpful I couldn’t thank her enough, she took everything on board and spoke with the necessary people and looked after everything so for that I am eternally grateful.

Please pass on my thanks to Ashley.
