Good Morning Andrea

Hope you had a nice weekend.

I am just writing to say THANKS for your organizing our furkids international transportation to Denver, Colorado.  They left SYD and got to DENVER on Tuesday afternoon in one piece and did not take long to settle in at all.  They were very happy to see us after 5days apart.

We are renting in a nice area where there is a lake nearby (only a 4min walk from our driveway) where we walk the dogs in the morning.  Takes about 25mins to walk around but it is a very nice walk.  We also found another path near our rental that leads to the back of a pre-school where there is a fenced off huge field, so we have taken the kids and thrown the tennis balls around for them so they get a bit of running in which is great as the rental’s backyard is quite small (we couldn’t be picky as most rentals wouldn’t take 2 dogs and 2 cats).

When it gets colder, ie. snow, we have a spare bedroom in the rental that we have dog-proofed (laid carpet over the existing carpet to protect it) where the dogs can sleep out of the snow.  The garage will be too cold for them even at nite, as the concrete gets freezing too.

So at the moment, everyone is happy and content and we are a happy family once again.

OTTO the DOG

Hi Kathy,

Otto made it to the Solomon Islands no worries!

Thank you so much, we couldn't have done it without all your help, advice and fantastic organisational skills!

Taking on a dog is a responsibility for life, but work commitments can make it difficult. With your help Otto was able to come with us to the Solomon Islands which we are VERY happy about 🙂

Here is a picture of Otto (tan and white) and his friend Jessie - our newest family member!

They are both well and play all day 🙂 I will definitely be recommending Jet Pets and will be in contact for the trip home.

Hello Tammy,

I am writing to you concerning Sarah, over the last week I have had a lot of dealings with Sarah in regards to moving 3 puppies from different states.

She has been amazing to say the least, she has gone out of her way every time I have to change a flight or had to add another. She emails when she has got details immediately.

She also calls me when she can find the time. I cannot believe that there is still such fantastic service  out there in the public sector.

I would highly recommend her excellent customer service skills to anyone that needs pet transport.

As a breeder I am aware of the implications of moving animals around from A to B.

Sarah has taken all this hard work out of it for me and it has made my life a breeze.

I would just like to say a huge THANKYOU  today for all of her help and the service that she has provided me with moving my puppies around.

The world would be a better place if we had such wonderful customer service like Sarah has provided.
