LILY the DOG

to GERMANY

Hi Kathy

As i promised you - some pictures of Lily in her new home on the other side of the world

She is doing very good, went to puppy school already a few times and even the lady there says that she is a very smart one. Doesnt matter where we go she is the star, 2 people already try to offer me money to buy her - no chance 🙂

She´s done very well on her way, watched her getting out of the crate in frankfurt and she just followed that person very calm, as soon as she´s seen me she lost the plot, lots of happiness paws and tail everywhere she was so happy, i was so happy i cried.

thank you again for everything for all your help and answering my million questions. you really helped me with this a lot, and now we can be happy together again.

They made it!!!  Beautifully, as you predicted, not a bother.  Having an absolutely ball now in Ireland. Everything went so well, all the handlers were so lovely and caring, both in Aus, UK and Ireland.

Thank you so so much, the dogs were our biggest stress and it was unwarranted.  If only our air freight cargo had been organised by you also!!  Enough said.

Hi Adam,

I wanted to thank your team, especially Nicole, for going over and above the call of duty in assisting us.  We needed to transfer our beautiful new dog, Boots, from Melbourne to Dubbo in a hurry, due to a family emergency.  Nicole handled all of the details with ease and was able to put our minds at rest and get Boots home quickly and safely.  Thank you, Nicole, and JetPets!

the LABRADOODLE

MELBOUNE to PERTH, AUSTRALIA

Hi Adam,  I just wanted to write a quick email to say how much I have appreciated Penny and her assistance in arranging pick up and flights of two of my 8 week old Labradoodle pups to Perth and Brisbane.  It is the first time that I have sent any of my puppies interstate and she has been so reassuring.  

Penny has been friendly, and exceptionally efficient and I have now got great confidence in the whole procedure.  It's not often that you feel that someone is going the 'extra mile' and doing everything in their power to make a service first rate.  I will now recommend Jetpets to anyone wanting to send their pets by plane.

I have thanked her but I would be grateful if you could too.
