We're here safely, Hoover cleared Customs this morning without any issues and came out in excellent shape, despite two aborted take offs and an extra 5 hours added to our journey leaving Singapore.  Matthew and I were very concerned about what might happen if we were off-loaded in Singapore, but thankfully, that didn't happen and subsequently, we've had our first day exploring new surroundings, a world of new smells and some new doggy pals, who belong to Matthew's brother... so we're all good and can't thank you and Jetpets enough for getting her here in one piece. 
 
Will certainly be recommending your service to anyone looking to transport their pets...

SYDNEY to NEW ZEALAND

Hi Andrea

I would just like to say a huge thanks to Jetpets for their amazing help on monday when we were in Sydney. We found ourselves in a very stressful position due to the incompetence of our NZ accredited vet. Frank and Katherine were fantastic and bent over backwards to assist us.

I know that you were also involved in helping us get our permit organized. We would never have been able to get our dogs back to NZ without everyone's help. It appears that I am not having much luck flying dogs in and out of NZ! Again a big thanks to your team. Please ask your boss to open an office in NZ!

SAMMY the DOG

Hi Kirsty,

Just a short note to say thank you so much for all of your help in getting Sammy to us here in Manila! Sammy had a good flight, arrived safely and was so happy to see us at the airport! I'm very happy with the level of service received from Jetpets to ensure that Sammy had a pleasant journey. Sammy is settling in very well and is one spoiled dog! Here's a pic of him being his usual happy self on his first drive out of town 🙂

LANII the DOG

Hi Andrea,

Hope the Melbourne winter isn't too cold for you. Just wanted to let you know that my Lanii arrived safe and sound. I have kept a very close eye on her after the long flight to Toronto and she seems to have transitioned very well. Thank you very much for your support and reassurance as I probably wouldn't have exported her if it weren't for you and your lovely staff.  The gentlemen that picked her up from me in Melbourne was so wonderful and comforting and knew all the right things to say as that was me at my most fearful and nervous.
