SON'S 3 DOG the DOG

BRISBANE to MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

Hi Danielle

I just wanted to let you know how happy we were with your company in transporting my son’s 3 dogs from Brisbane to Melbourne yesterday.

Everything went so well and my son was so happy last night after being reunited with his dogs that he hasn’t seen for 3 months.

This is the second time we have used Jetpets and we would be only too happy to recommend you to anyone who wanted to transport a pet.

Thanks again.

PABLO the DOG

SYDNEY to NEW ZEALAND

To whom it may concern,

We recently relocated from Sydney to New Zealand with a whole heap of stuff and our beloved dog, Pablo.

As anyone who has moved house, let alone to a different country will know, it is a stressful time for all involved, with many hurdles to overcome.

We have never relocated any of our pets before and I was pleasantly surprised by our JetPets experience. I dealt with Andrea and from first contact she have been helpful, polite, patient and efficient, returning emails or calls normally within minutes. As we are entrusting our fur baby to JetPets care this was so important in reassuring us that he would be well looked after.

Their service, especially in my case with Andrea being a constant source of contact, has been wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone having to transport their loved pets overseas.

BEAR & TEDDY the GOLDEN RETRIEVER

SYDNEY to CALIFORNIA

Hi Rhiannon,

Like many other pet owners, my two Golden Retrievers are my children, and I would stop at nothing short of the best for their international flight back to California. I had done my due diligence by asking my local Vet, interviewing several pet transportation companies, and I even called the airlines direct. Hands down, Jetpets was recommended and the service we received was first rate from beginning to end.

What I liked most about Jetpets was the full service capabilities - everything was turn key - the company takes the guess work out about crate sizes, best options for flights, paper work and has measures accounted for well in advance in case of last minute mishaps. I liked that Teddy and Bear had the option to have their crates face each other and the out of crate pre boarding facilities sealed the deal for me.

Knowing my pets were in good hands let me rest easy (well easier) with Jetpets and Kirsty and her co workers were nothing short of amazing. I'd recommend Jetpets to all of my friends and will certainly use them in the future.

Teddy and Bear are happy and settled in their new home and I've attached a few pictures. One is old from when Teddy was just a baby but gives you the delicate gentle nature of their personalities. Doggies can teach the humans a lot about virtues like patience and sharing. All of the other photos are recent pics from here in NorCal...

Cheers,

Tracey

Hi Adam,

As Danielle's supervisor, I'd like you to know that she has been fantastic to deal with. My experience with Jet Pet and specifically Danielle has left me with a lasting impression of how customer service ought to be everywhere. She is a great advertisement for the company which is refreshing, because I thought real customer service was dead. Jet Pet gets my vote for customer service.

You might want to mention to her in jest that her taste in cars is disappointing and that the correct spelling is "Noob" and not "Newbie" lol.

Please thank her for me.

Kind Regards,

George
