STAR the STAFFORDSHIRE
Dear Erin,
We want to thank you for your help in getting Star safely over to New Zealand. She arrived happy and safe and in great condition.
Can you also please pass on our thanks to Kate for her work with Star and especially also to Marnie (van driver) who displayed sympathy, compassion and sorrow when my daughters broke down and cried just before Star left. It is wonderful to know that Star was in great hands and that the employees of Jetpets have the best interests of the animals at heart.

Just a quick email to say thank you for your assistance with Paris. The Jetpets team did a great job and Julia and I really appreciate it.
One thing that struck me from everyone that I met at Jetpets was the genuine feeling that you have for our pets. It is a stressful time for owners and their pets when they are on the move, so it helps minimise the stress knowing that our pets are being treated well.
Paris is back in familiar territory and is very happy. So a thank you woof from her.
