LASYA the TIBETAN TERRIER
Hi Melana,
I would like to thank you and your Jetpets team in handling the travel arrangement for my little puppy, Lasya, from Brisbane to Singapore. It was amazing that the first time I met her around 10 pm Singapore time, she was not tired at all. She was very cheerful. The staffs from the Custom Clearance in Changi Airport Singapore could not believe that she was so playful despite being in a crate for such long hours. The breeder, Sharon, told me that the lady who took care of her in the boarding was very kind and friendly. Overall I am very satisfied with Jetpets's efficiency and professionalism.

NESSY the TONKINESE X
Hi Emily,
Nessy and I are now both back in Canada. Nessy is doing wonderfully - happy and healthy and not the least bit phased after 3 days of traveling!!! She is her very talkative and curious self again and is thrilled to be exploring her new home!!!
Thank you again for your assistance. The airlines were very accommodating to Nessy and all parties were incredibly professional! Nessy bounded out of her crate tail up, smiling and looking for a cuddle!
Also, thank you for increasing the size of Nessy's crate! She loves it! Even after days of flying she is still happy to jump in it and mush her baby blanket! She used to sleep in her crate at home (in Townsville), but has instead taken over my bed! ... she is obviously quite content in her new home!!!
Nessy has hardly left my side since I arrived last evening and is thriled to be getting so much attention from my family (other pets included)!
Thank you and everyone at JetPets for making the whole travel experience significantly easier for both Nessy and my self. I could not be more thrilled with how smoothly everything has gone and how happy Nessy is after traveling across the globe!

JORDEY AND MILLY the DOMESTIC CAT

WOW, THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE !
I have already raved about Jetpets' excellent service during the transportation of our cats, Jorgey & Milly last year when we moved from Singapore to Hope Island, Gold Coast.
Since then I recommended Jetpets to my friend who arranged for their aging family cat to be sent from Sydney to Gold Coast after it's owner, my friends mother, passed away suddenly. Needless to say my friend was just as delighted as I was with the level of service from Jetpets.
And now again, even your after-sales customer service is EXCELLENT. I shall continue to recommend JETPETS OVER AND OVER AGAIN !
