Biscuit the Golden Retriever
I would highly recommend Jetpets to anyone and everyone who’s looking into relocating their fur babies.
I’m one of those paranoid dog parent who was losing sleep months prior to Biscuit being relocated from Melbourne to Hongkong. But they made the entire process much more endurable for all of us. Extremely professional and prompt. Ready to answer and attend to all queries and requests even beyond their scope of work.
A special shout out to Biljana, Aleesha and all the pet handlers for taking such great care of Biscuit during the entire process. We are very greatful to the entire team for being with us through this and I’m sure Biscuit who’s now back with us all safe and sound would wag his tail to it! Thanks again for all the efforts and the great work!

Rubble the Maltese x Shih Tzu

Thanks Jetpets for getting my new puppy home safe and sound to us! I missed him being dropped off home by about 5 mins, but my kids and husband were home to receive him. He was in good spirits and happy little puppy (albeit a little tired – no doubt a big day for a 9-week-old pup travelling from QLD to NSW!). The whole process from start to finish was so easy and I was kept informed via text at all times of his movements. I called the customer service people twice on his travel day as I had some questions - Once to confirm what time he'd be dropped to my home and the 2nd was to double check how far from my home they were so I had a better ETA on his arrival. Both times the customer service staff were friendly and helpful and I really appreciated Lara (2nd call) making the effort to contact the driver to find out a more exact time for my puppy, Rubble, to arrive.

Emma can't thank you guys enough your all amazing. Lola is settling in well and definitely remembered me and Lee which made us so happy. She is slowly getting used to Fred our other cat but does hiss at him now and again! But we are so shocked at how well she coped with the traveling and settled in straight away we can't thank you enough xxx

Frankie and Minnie the Miniature Dachshund

Justin was AMAZING!!!
He made magic happen from two opposite ends of the country to bring our two babies together to fly over to us here in NZ. Minnie and Frankie's travel was co-ordinated so smoothly considering they had to be jointly co-ordinated together but so far apart to make the same flight! This was an amazing experience and we have Justin and JetPets to thank for that! Thank you also to Tineshea-Lee from JetPets NZ who allowed Minnie and Frank to stay overnight at headquarters as their flight was in too late for me to pick them up 🙂 Amazing Amazing Amazing!! Will always be requesting Justin for future needs.
