Jacques the DOG
Melbourne to Miami, United States
Greetings Nikkie I just wanted to let you know that Jacques arrived safely in Miami and was so healthy and happy when he arrived. He made the long 3 day drive up to New York with us & has now experienced a blizzard and snow, too! Thank you for making the arrangements for his long journey, it gave me great peace of mind to know he was in good care at every stage of his journey. We are so happy to all be reunited together on the other side of the world. Best Wishes RachelFEBRUARY 2014

Arty & Sylvester the DOG
Sydney to Oslo, Norway
Hi Kathy Sylvester has settled in very well! It was a little stressful for me being on the same flight as him, feeling every bump and wondering if he was hungry, but he was happy when he arrived in his new home. I kept Athena, Arty & Sylvester separated the first few days, but they're altogether now. I've attached a "few" photos so you can see their progress over the week. I'll try to send a film clip. Thanks for your help and follow up. Vivienne

Tiger the DOG
Brisbane to Copenhagen, Denmark
Hi Nikki, thanks for following up with us. I must say that the Animal reception center at Heathrow were fantastic. I FB messaged them just as Tiger's plane landed. I didn't really expect to get any answer back soon, but they did straight away and took a picture of him and posted it to FB. So I am really impressed with their service and would recommend them to anybody who had to send a dog overseas and they could choose which port they had to do a stop over. Tiger seems to have settled in really well, but I will leave Lene to get back to you on the details. I have been really impressed with the service that Jetpets provided. I will be upfront a couple of people told me not to use you guys, and in fact I contacted another animal transport company before contacting Jetpets, but he didn't get back to me in a timely fashion and so I contacted you guys. Your service was great, and I have now put a link to Jetpets from our Basenji Breed Network Australia club page under -> Links to Other Places: http://basenjibreednetwork.org.au/ I hope you don't mind. Thank you once again and Best EthelJANUARY 2014
Monty and Olly the Labrador Retriever
Sydney to Christchurch, New Zealand
Hi Andrea, Thank you for your email. Monty and Olly have adjusted really well. Monty is having a great time exploring and getting attention from everyone. Olly has surprised us and has not shown any signs of distress. He coped really well with the 3 hour car ride after his flight and has just been relaxing inside since we arrived. I can't believe how well he coped. Here is a photo of Monty and Olly after the house sold and Olly when we picked him up from Christchurch airport. I haven't got a photo of the two of them in NZ just yet. I will send one through when I do. Thank you so much for all your help, it was amazing! You made the process run so smoothly and helped put my mind at ease. I have already recommended Jet Pets to two people looking at taking their animals over seas. It was probably the easiest aspect of the move because your service was so fantastic. Kind Regards, Tessa
