the BIRDS

Hi Billie,

Just want to pass on some feedback if that is okay.

We had a nightmare of a day on the day our birds were travelling from Sydney to Cairns due to our own return jet star flight being delayed several times.

We were very concerned because we were due to arrive in Cairns not long after our birds arrived and being babies we were concerned about their health and welfare whilst we were stuck at the airport.

In addition to this my mobile phone battery was very low.

I rang in the morning and explained the situation to Ashley and she was absolutely amazing, so helpful I couldn’t thank her enough, she took everything on board and spoke with the necessary people and looked after everything so for that I am eternally grateful.

Please pass on my thanks to Ashley.

MILO & PHOEB the JACK RUSSELL X

Hi Penny,
 
My husband and I would like to thank you for your assistance in the relocation of our two little dogs, Milo (Australian Terrier X) & Phoebe (Jack Russell X Mini Foxy).
 
From what we can gather they seemed to handle the flight ok and were very excited to see us when they got here to Adelaide!
 
Your assistance throughout this move has been greatly appreciated by both of us. Out of everything we had to do in organising our relocation to Adelaide, it was great to know we didn't have to worry or stress over how we would relocate our dogs.
 
If we ever need to relocate or go on an extended holiday somewhere, we will definately be using Jetpets again!

BELLA the DOG

Dear Andrea,

Bella wants to send you a big THANK YOU!!!

You have not only been prompt in responding to my requests, you have kept me constantly informed on the status of the moving processes and Bella well-being (with photos).

Mostly importantly, Bella arrived safe and sound. All documents required by authority came in order, which makes the customs clearance swift and hassle free.

I am also grateful to Danny, Kate, Dave and others who have contributed to the smooth and successful relocation of Bella.

the CAT

Hi Kathy

I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did for me and my 4 cats!

They arrived safely and everything went like clockwork. It was fantastic that you delivered the crates early and collected them on time, and I had the phone calls from JCS when they arrived. The staff at Heathrow were also really good and kept me reassured and informed about the cats when they landed.

 Thanks for a superb job. I am extremely grateful as sending pets so far overseas is terrifying and made me feel anxious and very guilty!

Thanks again. If I decide to return, you will be the first people I ring!

MAUI the CAVOODLE

Dear Steve, Kate, Chelsea and George,

Many thanks for a such a smooth and safe journey for our little cavoodle.

Since we first saw her 5 week old photos through to her boarding, veterinary care, flight and door to door delivery, it has all been handled with the utmost professionalism.

Maui, as she is now called, arrived past midnight after her long journey but amazingly exited her crate in the best of moods. 

No tears at all, her good natured personality and your team effort allowed her to be relaxed, tail wagging and happy to play.

She has since worked her way in to each of the children's heart.
