DAISY the JACK RUSSELL

Hi Kirsty,
 
Daisy has arrived! Daisy is a happy little dog indeed, already full of activity and wanting to explore her new home of Salt Lake City.
 
Thank you and all those who have been involved in getting our "fur kid" safely to our new home - needless to say we are very happy now too having Daisy with us.

ROLO the WELSH SPRINGER

Dear Adam

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank JetPets so much for their outstanding support in transporting our much loved Welsh Springer Spaniel –Rolo- safely around the globe to Norway.  Two of your staff in particular should be highly commended for the outstanding and compassionate services they offer their customers (Kirsty C  and your vet- Kathy).

During the six months prior to our relocation Kirsty  was always available to inform us of procedures and reassure us that, although Rolo faced a very long trip, he would arrive safely.  As an animal lover herself, she relates so very well to customers with patience and compassion. Kathy also showed the same compassion and support to us.

We were delighted on arrival at Oslo airport to see that not only had Rolo arrived safely after his 24 hr plane trip, but was on top form! He has shown absolutely no signs of stress since we arrived almost three weeks ago and is settling in nicely to his new home in Norway. He particularly loves exploring the forests, often taking an afternoon dip in the local lakes !

Thank you Jetpets for providing an outstanding service to us and alleviating much of the stress and worry in relocating our family dog Rolo around the globe !

We’ll be recommending you to all our friends 🙂

MICIA ZOYA the DSH

Hello Kirtsy,

This is Tithi, Ryan Hill's girlfriend. I just wanted to write you a little something.

Zoya and Micia arrived in Rome perfectly safe and happy. I was in fact surprised to find how unshaken they were after 36 hours of being out and about. Their cages were a very good fit for size and the fleece provided definitely kept the dry. They had water and the toys they needed for their flights. I just wanted to thank Jet Pets, and you especially, for the attention to detail and thoroughness of the service offered and provided. It was made insanely easy and was executed perfectly. Ryan and I also very much appreciated the answers to all the countless and possibly pointless questions we sent your way! You were greatly helpful in making what seemed like such a crazy and complicated transition for us and the animals problem free. Thank you very much for everything...from all of us!

SHAWTY the AUST BULLDOG

Hi Aleisha

Sorry for taking so long to email you.

As you would have guessed, Shawty arrived in Hong Kong safe and sound last month.  She was hungry and eager for a big cuddle but none the worse for wear.  The crate size was perfect and she had plenty of water.  The customs out of Hong Kong was easy and surprisingly fast.

I just want to thank you for constantly putting my mind at ease when I was calling you from Hong Kong and also for fast-tracking her arrival given the recent Cathay policy changes regarding bulldogs.  Thank you also to the lovely man who collected her and took her to your Brisbane depot.  We love having Shawty in Hong Kong - she has completed our little family - so thank you again.

And if anyone asks you about shipping Aussie Bulldogs, let them know that they travel fine and not to worry at all.
