KAISER & ING the GERMAN SHEPHERDS

Dear Kirsty,

Just a quick note to let you know that Kaiser and Inga arrived safely at 2.00pm UK time yesterday afternoon, Friday 1 June.

Everything went very smoothly and JCS called me at 8.35am to say that they had been cleared through customs and the driver would be leaving in about an hour.

The driver said that they were excellent on the trip up from Heathrow, he was upset however as apparently he started to sing and they started to whine, when he stopped singing they stopped whining so he thought they didn't think much of his singing. they were very glad to see me as I was them and kaiser yipped away merrily for a couple of minutes all excited.

They have settled in to their new surrounding very well and have been for two longish walks already and they also slept well last night which was good.

Kirsty, thank you so very much for the excellent co ordination work and all the organizing etc that you did for us for this move. It was really very much appreciated and as you said, it went very well and I did not need to worry (but I did anyway).

I need to get a move on. The attached photograph was taken about 5 minutes after they arrived here by the way.

LANII the DOG

Hi Andrea,

Hope the Melbourne winter isn't too cold for you. Just wanted to let you know that my Lanii arrived safe and sound. I have kept a very close eye on her after the long flight to Toronto and she seems to have transitioned very well. Thank you very much for your support and reassurance as I probably wouldn't have exported her if it weren't for you and your lovely staff.  The gentlemen that picked her up from me in Melbourne was so wonderful and comforting and knew all the right things to say as that was me at my most fearful and nervous.

CLIFF the DOG

Hi Adam

I just wanted to write an email to say thank you for the service from Jet Pets transferring my dog from WA to QLD.  Cliff was picked up in Townsville from my parents who were extremely pleased to see how healthy and happy he looked on arrival. Thank you to the staff at Jet Pets for their prompt and caring service.

GEORGE the CAT

Dear Kirsty,

I just wanted to send you both a quick update to let you know my kitty cats George, Speedy and Max made it safely from Sydney to Los Angeles and did fine on the drive out to Virginia. We have finally settled down in our apartment and they are doing great enjoying a life full of catnip and tasty salmon and tuna treats!

Thank you both so much for assuring their comfort and safety.  I really enjoyed working with everyone I was in contact with on both the Jetpets and Pet Express team and have nothing but praise for your work! Thank you so much for your patience and caring during a very stressful time for us.

BARNEY AND NESS the DOG

Hi Kirsty,

Just a quick note to let you know that Barney and Ness arrived safe and sound this morning in London. The both looked well and relaxed after their flight from Melbourne. I could not believe how simple and stress free the whole process was, from the drop off at Jetpets in Melbourne to picking them up from Heathrow airport. I will most certainly be recommending Jetpets to friends and family that need to move their pets in the future, whether across the country or across the world.

Thank you and the Jetpets folk for all your help and doing one heck of job getting Barney and Ness to us in such a wonderful condition.
